Every number here was parsed from an actual offer reply received through email apply — not a survey, not a self-report. Bands only appear once at least 5 different people have a real offer in a role family, and every band says exactly how many offers stand behind it.

Seniority is normalized away — “Senior Backend Engineer” and “Backend Engineer” share one observed band.
Your offers
How this works
You apply by email through email apply and an employer replies with an offer.
The reply is classified as an offer and the salary figure is parsed from the actual email body — the same detection the negotiation copilot uses. No figure or no clear currency means no data point; nothing is ever guessed.
The figure becomes one anonymous observation in the role's bucket. Bands (median, p25–p75) are published only when at least 5 different people have real observed offers there, in a single currency, always labeled with the honest sample size.
That's the difference from survey sites: every data point here is an offer that actually arrived in an inbox, not a number someone typed into a form.
