EaseMyJobs (“we”, “us”) operates a global AI career platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it. We designed EaseMyJobs to be privacy-preserving: non-essential tracking is off by default, and we never sell your personal data.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email and authentication details.
• Career data you provide — resumes, work history, skills, preferences and documents you upload.
• Usage data — actions in the product needed to deliver and improve features.
• Essential cookies — required to keep you signed in and secure. Analytics cookies are only set if you opt in.

How we use your data

• To run the AI agents that build resumes, match roles, apply, network and prepare you for interviews.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

We process your career data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Wherever you live, you can exercise the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Export — download your data in a portable format from your account settings.
• Delete — permanently delete your account and associated data.
• Correct & restrict — fix inaccuracies or limit certain processing.

You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at privacy@easemyjobs.com.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and ongoing monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
