These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EaseMyJobs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• Submit false information in applications or impersonate others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service or interfere with its operation.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are shown in USD and may be charged in your local currency. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our privacy policy.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to generate resumes, messages and recommendations. Output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before you submit it to employers or third parties. EaseMyJobs does not guarantee any particular job-search outcome.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseMyJobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities or profits arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at legal@easemyjobs.com and we will process your request as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where EaseMyJobs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
